This agreement governs your use of the ann777 platform. Please read every clause carefully before registering an account or placing a bet. By accessing ann777, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms in full.

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout all clauses:

To open and maintain an ann777 Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:
ann777 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide such documentation within the requested time frame may result in Account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending review.
3.1 Single Account Rule. Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one Account on the ann777 Platform. Opening a second Account — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, ann777 will merge, suspend, or permanently close the accounts at its discretion, and any balances held across duplicate accounts may be voided.
3.2 Accuracy of Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration. This includes your legal name as it appears on your government-issued identity document, your current residential address, date of birth, and a valid email address. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. ann777 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to keep credentials confidential. You must notify ann777 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use of your Account.
3.4 Two-Factor Authentication. Players are strongly encouraged to enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on their Account. Where 2FA is enabled and a security breach occurs despite proper use of 2FA, ann777 will investigate the incident and may issue a temporary Account freeze during the investigation period.
3.5 Account Dormancy. An Account that has recorded no login or transaction activity for a continuous period of 12 months is classified as dormant. ann777 reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee of Rp 50.000 to dormant Account balances after prior written notice to the registered email address. Accounts with a zero balance that remain dormant for 24 months may be closed without further notice.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. ann777 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja, and select cryptocurrency networks. All transactions are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) unless the Player's account is set to a supported cryptocurrency denomination.
4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25.000. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Maximum single withdrawal limits vary by payment method and account verification tier; Players may view their applicable limits within the Account dashboard.
4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via local Indonesian bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are credited to the Player's Account within minutes of successful transfer confirmation, subject to normal banking hours and system availability. ann777 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking system outages.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Verified withdrawal requests are processed by ann777 within 5 minutes during banking hours (08:00–21:00 WIB, Monday through Saturday). Requests submitted outside these hours are queued and processed as the first batch the following morning. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are processed within 30 minutes subject to network confirmation times.
4.5 Withdrawal Restrictions. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has been previously used to deposit funds into the Account. Third-party withdrawals — where the receiving account does not belong to the registered Account holder — are strictly prohibited and will be declined. ann777 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.
4.6 Fraud Prevention. ann777 employs real-time transaction monitoring. Where a deposit or withdrawal is flagged as potentially fraudulent or suspicious, ann777 reserves the right to place a temporary hold on the transaction and request verification from the Player. Transactions confirmed as fraudulent will be reversed and the Account suspended pending investigation.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses and promotional offers made available on the ann777 Platform are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out in this clause. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, all bonuses carry a default wagering requirement of 30× the bonus amount before any derived winnings may be withdrawn. For example, a bonus of Rp 100.000 requires total bets of Rp 3.000.000 to be placed before withdrawal is permitted. Bets placed on certain game categories — including but not limited to certain table games and live dealer games — may contribute at a reduced rate toward wagering requirements, as detailed in each promotion's specific terms.
5.3 Bonus Expiry. Bonuses that are not used within the validity period stated in the relevant promotion will expire automatically. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings are forfeited without compensation. The default bonus validity period, where not otherwise stated, is 7 calendar days from the date of credit.
5.4 Bonus Abuse. ann777 employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses, placing contradictory bets across accounts, exploiting pricing errors, and any other pattern of play deemed by ann777 to constitute misuse of promotional offers. Where bonus abuse is confirmed, ann777 reserves the right to void all associated bonuses and winnings, suspend the Account, and recover any amounts paid out in error.
5.5 Right to Modify or Withdraw Promotions. ann777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted in to a promotion at the time of modification retain the benefit of the original terms unless the modification is required by regulatory obligation.
6.1 Acceptance of Bets. All bets placed on the ann777 Platform are subject to acceptance by ann777 at its sole discretion. A bet is not confirmed until ann777 issues a bet reference number and the stake has been deducted from the Player's Account balance. ann777 reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet without explanation.
6.2 Pricing Errors. Where a bet is accepted at an obviously incorrect price due to a technical error, human error, or data feed failure, ann777 reserves the right to void the bet and refund the stake to the Player's Account. ann777 will not honour winnings derived from clearly erroneous odds.
6.3 Sports Betting Markets. ann777 offers betting on football (*bandar bola* — Indonesian-market football wagering), mix parlay (accumulator bets across multiple matches), Asian Handicap, Over/Under totals, correct score, and a range of player and team proposition markets. Market-specific rules governing void conditions, postponed events, and partial results are published in the dedicated Sports Rules section of the Platform.
6.4 Live In-Play Betting. Live betting markets may be suspended or removed at any time without prior notice, including during the natural course of a match. Bets accepted before a suspension are honoured at the odds recorded at the moment of acceptance. Ann777 is not liable for internet connectivity issues that prevent a Player from placing an intended live bet.
6.5 Casino and Slot Games. All casino and slot games on the ann777 Platform use certified random number generators (RNGs). Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages reflect long-term theoretical averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes. Game-specific rules are accessible from within each game interface.
6.6 Togel. Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws conducted on the ann777 Platform follow published draw schedules and prize tables. Draw results are final. Disputes relating to togel outcomes must be submitted within 24 hours of the relevant draw.
The following actions constitute a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all balances:
8.1 Verification Requirement. ann777 is required to verify the identity of all Players before processing withdrawals and, in certain circumstances, before accepting deposits above specified thresholds. This process is commonly referred to as Know Your Customer (KYC) verification.
8.2 Required Documents. Standard KYC verification requires the following documents to be submitted through the Platform's secure upload portal:

8.4 Processing Time. Standard KYC reviews are completed within 24–48 hours of receiving complete documentation. Players will be notified by email upon verification approval or if additional documents are required.
ann777's collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy in full.

Data sharing with third parties is limited to circumstances required for Platform operation (payment processors, KYC verification providers, fraud prevention services) or where required by law.

10.1 Self-Exclusion. Any Player who believes their gambling has become harmful may request a self-exclusion by contacting our support team. Self-exclusion requests are actioned within 24 hours and may be set for periods of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, 1 year, or permanently. During self-exclusion, the Player's Account will be suspended and all marketing communications will cease immediately.
10.2 Underage Gambling Prevention. ann777 strictly prohibits access to the Platform by persons under 21 years of age. We encourage all adult Players to use parental control software to prevent minors from accessing gambling content on shared devices.
11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ann777's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or any services provided shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their Account in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.2 ann777 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, however caused and under any theory of liability, even if ann777 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
11.3 ann777 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where possible.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms limits ann777's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
12.1 Termination by Player. A Player may close their Account at any time by submitting a written request to ann777 support. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed and any real-money balance (net of outstanding wagering obligations) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.
12.2 Termination by ann777. ann777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account with immediate effect in the event of: a breach of these Terms; fraud or suspected fraud; money laundering or suspected money laundering; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time; or for any other reason that ann777 reasonably considers necessary to protect the integrity of the Platform or the safety of other Players.
12.3 Effect of Termination. Upon Account closure, the Player's right to access and use the Platform terminates immediately. Clauses relating to limitation of liability, governing law, dispute resolution, and any obligations that have accrued prior to termination shall survive the termination of these Terms.
ann777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email to the address on file at least 7 days before the revised Terms take effect. Non-material changes (such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter the substance of any clause) may be made without prior notice.
Your continued use of the ann777 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure before the effective date.
14.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ann777 holds its international gaming licence.
14.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute between a Player and ann777, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through ann777's internal complaints process. Players must submit a written complaint to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint — [Account Username]". ann777 will acknowledge the complaint within 48 hours and provide a final written response within 14 business days.
14.3 Arbitration. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process, both parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed international arbitration body. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties, and may be enforced in any court of competent jurisdiction.
14.4 Indonesian Consumer Rights. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any statutory rights you may have under applicable Indonesian consumer protection law that cannot be waived by agreement.
